SUBMISSION INFORMATION

SUBMISSION DATE: ALL ENTRANTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MARCH 31, 2024. Submissions made after MARCH 31, 2024 will be submitted to the next SOFAM PHOTOCOM.

To enter, you must upload your entry at the following link to Slideroom.com. Please follow the on-screen instructions carefully and submit only JPGs. There is a $6 processing fee for each submission.

By entering the competition, you agree and acknowledge that SOFAM PHOTOCOM:

• is permitted to receive your registration data
• may publish in any way it sees fit any material you submit or otherwise transmit to it
• may use any image submitted to the competition in marketing and promotional activities
• use of your name and images for the purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in connection with the competition without additional compensation
• assume no responsibility and are not liable for any image misuse by external third parties

There is a limit of 2 photographs per artist for submission. There is no time or date restriction on when the image was taken.

Please do not submit photographs with watermarks, copyright graphics or logos. Please submit your photograph in JPG format, max resolution: 4800px by 4800px, max file size: 10MB per image.

Notes:

Copyright of the images will belong at all times with the photographer. For awarded images, copyright holders grant SOFAM PHOTOCOM unlimited non-exclusive use of any resolution images for activities in all media, social media, online and print, for promotional activities of the competition without any remuneration being due. SOFAM PHOTOCOM will only use submitted photos for marketing and promotional activity of the festival. Images submitted by participants will not be resold or used by any other third party.
